Leased premises are well-maintained, fully-insured, and meet code standards on all local fire and safety ordinances allowing lessees to live a comfortable lifestyle. A full-time maintenance crew is available for certain repairs and services including seasonal lawn care and snow removal.

Living room furnished with sofa, chairs, and end tables
Kitchens equipped with refrigerator, stove, table and chairs
Single bed with mattress
Access to FREE laundry facilities in leased premises
Mold room

Monthly rent includes: gas, electric, water, sewage, and garbage. Should the lessee desire optional services such as: telephone, internet, or cable, the lessee will be responsible for additional services. The leased premises are equipped for cable and telephone services.
